UPS in Weebly , not working any longer

Two weeks ago, in Weebly, I tried to purchase a label for a customer who selected UPS for their carrier. I received a message in a pink bar at the top of the page saying "! could not create a shipment via shipper". I went to Shippo to print it through them and found the BUY button grayed out, so I couldn't complete the transaction and had to go directly through UPS to purchase labels at a higher cost. I've chatted with three different people, corresponded through emails with four different support people, checked with UPS, and found that my account is not DAP, which I was told by Weebly they no longer use. I am now stuck with only having USPS and FedEx as my shipping carriers, and have gotten complaints from customers who would prefer UPS. 

I have many screenshots that show the issues. 

Weebly support has not been responsive, and I would appreciate getting this resolved with the help of anyone qualified.

Solution

Have you gone to Shippo directly and unlinked the UPS account? If not, please do that first. Then go to your Square Online Dashboard > Fulfillment > Shipping > Carriers > UPS > Add Account.

 

It also looks like you're using a PO Box for your shipping address. Our system does not support that. Are you able to update the address to a physical location?

Have you gone to Shippo directly and unlinked the UPS account? If not, please do that first. Then go to your Square Online Dashboard > Fulfillment > Shipping > Carriers > UPS > Add Account.

Thank you for your response. I will disconnect UPS in Shippo and see your directive through.

As far as the PO box, I've had that for years with no issues. If I use a physical address, will it show on my labels? I wouldn't want that.

Our team has confirmed that when you purchase the labels, you will be able to change the address so your physical address does not appear. I hope this helps!

RTS UPS doesn't work for me with this method, also doesn't work on Shippo as well. can you check if UPS is even working at the moment please?

What I have learned is that Weebly has cancelled service with UPS. So all the advice from Weebly support has been to no avail because no one I spoke with was aware of this.

Had Weebly simply sent out a notice to its users, told this bit of news to their support people who answer our questions, a great deal of frustration could have been avoided, not to mention the hours wasted. They want Weebly users to migrate to Square, so this is the beginning of the end of Weebly.
