Issues with Square Online Subscription

It keeps telling me I need a paid subscription to get a domain name and I already have one I have a paid subscription to square and have for around 2 years.  I am trying to get a new domain name or secure my old one I had if possible and everytime I go to the screen to find a domain name it tells me I have to have a paid subscription and I have checked and it shows up on that page that I do have a paid one.  Why is it not recognizing that I already have one,  This is sidelining me for days in trying to move forward with getting the new domain name.  Thank you in advance for your help.

We would definitely like to take a look at this. For clarity, is it saying that you need a paid hosting plan, or is it asking you to purchase a domain? Are you able to send a screenshot of what you are seeing when trying to connect the domain?
