Turn off ‘gift option’ only on selected items

Can anyone advise how to switch off the option for ‘This is a gift’ in my online store but only for selected items? In the toggle gift option on/off area, it says you can bulk apply (and I assume, unapply) in Items> Item Library, but I can’t figure out how.

I only need x4 items out of about 40 to NOT be gifts. Selling funeral flowers with ‘This is a gift’ and ‘Enjoy your gift, Jack’ at the top of the page is a bit cringe. Thanks.

This is a feature that the team is working on, and "per item gifting options" will be available soon. 

While I don't have an eta at this time, I wanted to share this as a coming soon update.
