So, I'm trying to get the gift card page to work on my site, but I'm not having any luck. I looked up articles and only succeeded in getting two links to show up in my navigation page: "Gift cards" and "Gift card".
"Gift cards" takes me to this page.
"Gift card" takes me to a 404.
I'm wanting this page, which I'm snipping from a video.
If anyone has any thoughts, please let me know.
So, turns out that AVG really didn't want to let me go into the online site today because it saw it as a phishing site. Goodbye AVG.
All right. I copied the link in the first image. It still gives me a 404.
Second image: I don't seem to have a "Shared Settings" menu. The closest is "Settings", which has most of the options, but not gift cards.
So, I looked at the "gift card" link and this is what I found. Is it what it should be? It's the link I had under your first image.
