Our church has retreats that has a simple setup that uses a square card reader for contactless and chip when used for in person registration and QR codes when registering on line from the church website. We have not been able to setup a surcharge. I have followed the instructions multiple times and for whatever reason it gets rejected. During my last attempt I inferred from the help articles that to a add a surcharge when a QR code is scanned can only be done when it is scanned from a Square website.
Is it possible to set this up? If so, can someone walk me through the process?
