Trouble Accessing Our Balance

Hello all,

 

We are relatively new users to Square. When we set up our account, we elected for our balance to transfer to our business checking account automatically; however, since May, no money has been transferred from our balance into our checking account. When I navigate to our balance on the Square Dashboard, it seems to be displaying that we don't have anything there, yet the money is not in our checking account. 

 

We're beginning to grow a little frustrated, as I am having an immense amount of trouble reaching a representative from Square's Customer Success team. We would really appreciate any help that anyone could give us at this time.

Hey @TiddyGolf 

Sorry to hear about the troubles that you are having.  Since this is a public forum, we can't really technically get into or see your account details so it makes it pretty hard to give you exact specifics. 

But when you navigate to Balance, and you select your location, there are no transfers posted there correct?

 

Also if you navigate to the Transactions tab, what does it show for transactions, if any?
