I'm assuming that this issue of yours has been resolved? I know this was some time ago, but it may have been when there was a service interruption with Square.

I’m having the same issue, it said it would take 1-2 business days to review my account but it’s been more than a month. I called support 3 different times, and they all said I just have to wait. Can anyone help me out with this?
