I have emailed Square 4 days ago - still no reply. Trying to transfer domain name from Weebly to another provider (was set up over 60 days ago). Where do I find the authorisation (EPP) code to transfer the domain out of Weebly? Domain was never made live in Weebly, so it was never enabled. Tried to enable in order to then disable the registrar lock hoping that the EPP authorization code would show up, and error code appeared saying that the domain couldn't be enabled. How do you get these people to communicate with you? Any help appreciated.

Sorry to hear you haven't received a reply via email. From my understanding, you should be able to unlock the domain and get the EPP code by following the instructions in this support article.
