Transfer confirmation email

Until several weeks ago I always received an email from Square confirming each transfer to the nominated bank account.

 

But it seems no more...  I no longer receive a confirmation email.

 

Have I inadvertently changed a setting or has Square altered their process?

Hi @GrahamB ,

 

On the dashboard under accounts & settings/business information/email notifications you can toggle the balance transfer notification on/off 

 

I've found sometimes when square introduce new settings or functionality that the default behaviour is sometimes not what you'd expect. 

 

Not sure if this is the case in your instance or whether you've inadvertently turned it off.
