When I try to transfer my funds to my bank it says transfers are currently unavailable please try again later. I have tried switching my transfer option to same day automatic and still, nothing transferred. How do I get my money?
Hey there @NR22.. Since you posted an hour ago, I'm wondering if you were able to transfer eventually? When I did my morning transfer about two hours ago, everything was fine. I just looked at the Square Status page and there are no issues being reported. So, I'm hoping you were just experiencing a temporary glitch that has since been resolved.
No luck. I have been trying since yesterday afternoon.
Ugh. I'm sorry to hear that. This is an issue that you'll need to get on the phone with Square Support for. Even the Square moderators here don't have the sort of account access needed to troubleshoot. Good luck!
One more thing. You don't say which device you are using -- web dashboard, Dashboard App, POS. If you haven't tried all three, I'd recommend doing so. The problem could easily be centered in one but not all of those. And, if you've already done this, apologies. But with the lack of information you provided, I have to try to cover all bases.
