Transactions taken in and appearing on my list of transactions but no funds available to transfer

I accepted a change on 1/28/2024 but when I look at my location in banking it says I have 0.00 funds available to transfer.   My account is verified.   Not sure what I'm doing wrong.    I've followed the instructions in the support area with no luck.

The only other thing I just thought of is if you do not have a method setup for receiving transfers from Square yet they may have moved your funds to a holding account till you set one up.  So yes I would suggest calling Square support tomorrow, since these transactions are from 1-28-2024.  My Transfers are setup to go to my business checking account the Next day, automatically with Square.  So each morning my balance on Square is $0.00 and my business account has a deposit or pending deposit from the day before, unless it is a weekend or holiday.

Sorry that an issue brought you here. 

 

I'm afraid your question is out of the scope of support we can offer here in the Community, since troubleshooting a particular transaction would require that we look at your Square account. 

The Community was created for Sellers to collaborate and for that reason, we have no access to your account details.

As I see this is your first post, I would like to welcome you to the community.

 

Now as for your Transfer of funds and why your balance is $0.00, my guess is Square transferred your money to your preferred method of getting money from Square.   Since I do not know how you have your Square transfers were setup by you when setup your Square account.  I set mine up for automatic next day payments to my checking account so my Balance resets to $0.00 every day.

 

You may want to read over this to see which way you want your Square account setup and which way works best for you.

If you look at your Balance Transfers you can see where your deposits went.

From your Dashboard goto Balance > Select the Location > View all Transfers > then next to the date of a transfer there is a ">" click the > and another screen will pop open showing where the deposit went and if not there is a More details Blue Text link that will give more details like the ACH transfer number etc that you can give to a Square Support person if needed.

I will call tomorrow morning first thing. There are no transfers.  Which I find very odd.
