Transactions not showing up in Square iOS app, but are on web

We put through on order on our POS (Square Stand) and it went through, but doesn't show up in our Transactions list on the POS app or on my phone. When I look at transactions on the web, it shows there. I tried putting through an order on my phone, and it's the same - shows on web, but not on POS. Nothing has come through the API either

We have also gotten a DoorDash order during this time. Same thing - it shows on the web, not on the POS, and no dasher has been assigned (I'm assuming due to the lack of data coming through the API)

Anyone else experiencing this?

Quick update - The missing transactions showed up after 20 mins.

A new one just came in, and the good news is that we got the push notification on the stand, but hasn't hit the transactions tab on iOS or API yet. Just push notifications & web transactions

Update - seems to be back in action now. I'll keep an eye on it and update if the problem comes back

👋 Hi there @jdevelvis, thank you for posting and updating! I was wondering if maybe this was part of the AWS outage on Monday... 🤔 which is just purely speculation from me. But I noticed a lot of wonkiness in several apps during the outage (particularly Slack for me) that would randomly resolve. Either way, just glad it's working as expected now, but please keep us posted if the problem comes back. Thanks!
