Transactions not matching Balance

Hello i am new to sqaure i have issue with the transaction for the first week of using card machine however the money shows on the weekly report but for some reason doesn’t go to balance department that i can transfer they money my bank account please what’s your advise? Hi @Aram1 ‌👋‌  My name is Violet and I'm one of the Moderators in the Square Community. I see this is your first post here, so I'd like to officially welcome you! 🎉

In regard to your transactions and balance, I recommend correlating your reporting between the two by following 
these steps:

  1. Visit Balance in your online Square Dashboard.
  2. Select the available balance section under locations.
  3. Choose “view all transfers.”
  4. Select a date range of your choice.
  5. Select the transfer you’d like to view to see the transfer details, including individual card payments.

Keep in mind that payments are transferred according to your close of day or transfer cut-off time. If payments were accepted after your close of day time, they’ll be included in the following transfer.


If things still aren't looking correct, please connect with our Support Team so they can take a look at your account and reports with you. They would be happy to help you as well 🙂
