Tracking orders

For a food truck.  When we input the order into the iPad the order is mirrored in a large monitor via hdmi, but how can the chef track orders while still continue to take orders?

@cubanthing I'm not sure I fully understand your question, but I do think that you will need to have someone continually track and take the orders for the chef, if I'm understanding your question.

Actually its more for in the truck process, someone will be taking orders at the window and I want the chef to monitor the orders too without having to turn around all the time.
