We are wanting to track and see levels of stock on Square Register. It keeps diverting us to log into the dashboard to see levels. Is there a way to enter and change stock levels within the register without having to log into the dashboard or use the app on the phone?

You can certainly review transaction history and reports via your Square Register. You can find the steps outlined here in our Square Register Guide.
However, for more detailed reporting, you will need to view this information from your online Square Dashboard. I've included links to the In-App Summaries and Reports and the Online Dashboard Reports for your reference.

I'm aware of the reports on the Square register however I wanted to know specifically about stock levels and stock adjustments through the register as per above.

Are you able to confirm which Square software you're currently using on your Square Register (e.g. Square Point of Sale, Square Appointments, Square Retail Plus)? And for stock adjustments, are you referring to updating individual items only, or are you looking to update on a bulk level?

We are using Square for Restaurants on our terminal. We wanted to adjust stock coming in, stock used etc. I can do this through my phone app however I would like staff to be able to do this whilst at work.
At the moment, when we look at inventory available is states tracked on dashboard which staff don't have access to.
