We've been facing a couple of issues recently. the tipping option is not displaying on our Square Register during checkout take payment, as well as on our Square Appointments App on iOS devices (iPad, iPhone), despite being correctly set up on our account. The tip option appears fine when we process checkout take payments through Square Appointments by logging in on Chrome and Edge browsers. We've ensured all apps and software are up-to-date, and we're logged into the same Square account across all devices. We recently purchased this register. Has anyone else encountered similar issues as we have? Alternatively, could we have possibly set it up incorrectly?
We had this problem once - but upon a restart - allowing the register to completely shut down post an update - it began to display correctly again - I have only had it happen that time and I don't have the newest register, so I don't know if there is something different. @Doran you use appointments on your register too have you had anything strange happen?
I haven't had anything strange going on with mine recently.
