One of my staff members accidentally selected pay cash for one of our tickets. She then refunded the cash payment, created another ticket with the same items and took a card payment from the customer. I can see the refunded cash payment and the card payment in transactions but the ticket is still showing as unpaid/open. Anyone else had this problem?

What happens when you attempt to close the ticket, now that the total is $0.00, after the refund? Could you share a video of what you're seeing?
You can also try deleting and reinstalling the app to see if that clears the ticket.

We are using terminals, not the app.
