My business is suspension component service.
My estimates & invoices have many items added individually:
• Service specific to component & year. Non-Taxed Labor
• Seal Kit. Taxed
• Shop Supply's, Oil's, Grease etc. Taxed
• Comp/Rebound Settings – Informational. Not Taxed
• Shipping – Or No Shipping local drop/pickup as $0. Not Taxed
In Square Online I want the customer to select ONE Parent Item “X-2022 Service” with linked required-items as Child items that retain their Tax settings and Item Stock updates. This would be far more efficient by removing the individual Item adding to Estimates/Invoices. I also want Items to be sold individually if the customer wants to do their own work.
I also want to use Square Online because all the data is the same, a “One stop shop” if you will. With that said, I would like a Service request form on my Square Online site that customers fill out their information that adds or updates my Square Customer contacts and lets them select the service (ONE Item) they want, generating an Estimate (like I do manually) to their email that they can later accept if they so choose. Accepted estimates are then shipped or dropped off to me by the customer.
