New to Square Loyalty and I'm just wondering if points are removed when a client redeems a reward or if they continue to accumulate?

Points are accumulated until the customer decides they want to redeem a reward. If the customer is completing their transaction with the payment card that is linked to their loyalty profile, they will automatically be shown any available rewards during checkout.
