This card is invalid message

My customer is trying to order from my website that was created with Weebly.  She has tried multiple payment methods and devices and get the following message: 'This card is invalid.  Please use another method or try again."  Anybody got a fix for this?  Thanks!

  • It was with hundreds of customers from a mailing list of 3500 ppl - all with different cards.
  • I resolved the issue by disconnecting Square and reconnecting it!
  • Too bad I spent nearly 7 days emailing Weebly and the issue wasn’t resolved with their online support. I can only imagine how many ticket sales I missed to my event.

HI, she can try to clear cache, contact bank, try different browsers.
