Have you tried clearing your web browsers cookies, history, cache, etc - then close the web browser, reopen it and retry - sometimes you just need a fresh start - also is your phone on the same network as your computer - if yes, then it's possible it's a web browser issue. If you're phone is on data and it's working - that would narrow things down to your network and/or web browser. Just a troubleshooting process.
