The tipping screen is appearing even though it’s been disabled in settings

Are you using the Point of Sale app on a mobile device or through the Square Stand? If so, would you mind walking through these troubleshooting steps? They should be able to resolve any lingering issues from a software standpoint.
If you're using one of our more amplified hardware options like the Square Register or Terminal, you might want to try these steps as well.
