My appointment scheduler has stopped sending text reminders to my clients. I have them booked through the year. Is that why they are not getting reminders? This just started happening this week. I am now on the “free version” since square started charging tiers. In my settings everything is turned on except confirmation since that is now a paid version. Who can I contact to get this resolved?
Definitely contact customer service. Make sure that you client’s cell phone number is correct and also check to make sure you do not have duplicate entries for that client as well. The text confirmation/reminder could be going to one of those cell phone numbers on file (I’ve had this to happen to our salon...client’s number was just one number off).
