I changed the email address for my account. When I try to send a test email from the "Email & text alerts" page, it sends it to the old address. I've looked where else that old email address might be and I can't find it. Any ideas as to what to do or where else I need to update? Thank you

I would log in to your square dashboard via a computer and look at changing the email address on the "Accounts & Settings" page. Since this information is based on the account holder and not the address you changed in the "Email & Text Alerts" page.
I could be wrong but I am not sure which email your trying to have forwarded to the new email address. They may need to match ?
Thanks for the reply. That is where I changed the email. So not sure why it's still going to the old one.
