Terms of Service Violation Clarification

The title of this thread has been edited by a Square Moderator from the original: Subscription Terms of service

Hello. We have two different sides to our business. One is for the actual work and products we sell, and another is for a monthly subscription to our tech support. I started a separate “location” name for that side so we could invoice and accept payment on a monthly basis. Recently I was told I violated the terms of service and that location would be closed. and not given an explanation as to how I violated. I thought it was because we were charging for a service and not a product but I see that many people offer services. Where can I find out how I violated anything?
