Terminal - Clicking checkout goes to Tickets

Hi there, not sure if I've inadvertently clicked a button, but now on my terminal whenever I click 'Checkout' on the bottom it goes to the 'Ticket' screen rather than the screen that has 'Keypad / Library / Favourites' on and its annoying to have to click the X every time to take an order and go into the Favourites tab.

Can anyone advise if this is a setting i need to enable/disable?

Hi @smashnslide, thanks for your post.

Open tickets are more or less a tab/bill function for restaurants or cafes that want to keep adding items to a bill until their customer pays.

If you want to have this function enabled but don't need it for every transaction, you can toggle off 'Open tickets as Home Screen' in

More > Settings > Open Tickets > Open Tickets as Home Screen

If you don't need this function, you can disable it fully:

More > Settings > Open Tickets > Enable Open Tickets

Let me know if you have any questions!
