Hi there! Our customers are having issues submitting their reviews. Also, for many months we haven't received any reviews, and, speaking with customers, it appeared that the email requesting for reviews never went out. Anyone with issues with Customer Reviews?

I added your accounts as impacted sellers to the ticket I filed with Engineering. Hopefully I'll have an update for you shortly.
We are experiencing the same issue of clients receiving email to write a review, link brings them to our square page but it's just blank other than logo, and heading links. Nothing appears to write or submit a review, just blank.

I've already had one customer report to me that it's working now!
I still have the same issue. I do not know how to resolve this. When the customer tries to make a review it will send to a blank page.

Hi there - I had about 6 reviews that I had approved and just received two more. When I went to look at the new ones, my older ones have been eliminated and are not there? Where did they go? In addition, I approved the two new ones yet don't see them on the product info pages?
Please advise? I have a PERFORMANCE SITE PLAN.

I have the same issue with one of my customers. Complained couldn't make the review for the items, just came up a blank page. For me it is still not resolved. Please help me with this.
Review is not working again. Customer did not receive review link with their purchase. I worked few times before but recently not working.
How do other customers who research us, see the avg star rating and comments. We work hard to maintain our rating, but if no one else can see them, what’s the real value, other than a customer providing feedback?
Literally wouldnt recommend for my dog. A bunch of 4 year olds could hack their system and they have no idea what theyre doing
