Tap to pay a single amount without going through a sale

I'm looking for a way to setup the reader so that members of a club can simply tap the reader with their card/phone to instantly be billed a fixed amount which we donate to charity.

At present we simply collect cash in a bucket, but less peple are carrying cash these days.

I don't want to have to go through the rigmarole of a sale each time. Just call up the item once and people just tap and then go to the next person

At this time, each sale would need to be entered into the Point of Sale System to be processed. It's not a set-and-forget type payment system. From personal experience collecting funds, I'd recommend that someone enter the amounts, or select an item to ensure that the sale has been processed successfully. Folks can easily tap their card on a device and assume they've made a payment if they're unfamiliar with how the software works. 

 Another option would be creating a QR code checkout link that club members could scan on their phone and make a payment digitally.
