Hey @Ac2334 - sorry to hear your printer is not powering up. Have you tried plugging your printer into other outlets or checked to see if all cords are plugged in securely ?
If so and you're still having trouble, there might be a defect with your printer. I'd reach out directly to the manufacturer as they have the tools and resources to help best. You can contact the Star Micronics Support Team directly at: 1-800-782-7636, enter 995 if asked for an extension.
