Syncing problems between Square and Thrive

I've been using Square POS with Shopventory for many years now.  I don't know if it is a coincidence but perhaps around the time Shopventory revamped to Thrive (within the last few months), the inventory counts are no longer syncing.  We noticed we were off but over time it has become so obvious.  For example, we have 16.9 oz water bottles for sale.  In Square, it says we are Sold Out, but in Thrive, we have 150 bottles!   Any ideas/suggestions?

we are exploring Thrive as an inventory management solution and wonder if the inventory counts are still an issue you're experiencing.

@LouisvilleMerc- The problem we experienced appears to be an anomaly.  We haven't seen it since, if that helps.  The folks at Thrive/Shopventory were pretty responsive and did release a fix to a sync issue with Square.
