Syncing gmail calendar with two square accounts

Hi!  I have two square accounts for two separate photography businesses.  How do I sync/share data to just one gmail calendar for online booking?

I want to make sure I am understand the question correctly.

 

You have two different Square Appointments accounts and you would like to link those accounts to ONE Google Calendar?

 

I'm reaching out to our Appointments specialists so they can guide me on any workarounds I may not be familiar with, but right now I do believe we can only link up with one Google Account per Appointment Account. You can link two separate Google Calendars together, and that may be your better bet.


If you wouldn't mind just clarifying that this is what you are looking to do, I'll circle back to it after I speak directly to Appointments.

Was there ever a work around for this? I also work for two different businesses that both use square, and I use the same email for scheduling appointments for both square accounts. I get emails and text notifications just fine, however I can only get one account's appointments to sync to my gmail calendar (the first business I worked for).

Hey @LBeauty! Welcome to the Community. 👋

 

I reached out to the Appointments team and they said that you can login to each account separately and tell them both to sync with the same gmail account.

 

All of the events from Appointments should be synced to the single gmail. However- they will be added to two separate sub-calendars within the account. 

 

They'll show under > My Calendars as two separate checked boxes.

I got the calendar added, but now I just get a message that says calendar is scheduled for synchronization. It's been several hours and the calendar has not synced. Is there a way to make this immediate? If not, when will the synchronization take place?

Hey there @LBeauty. That doesn't seem right. Can you do me a favor and give these troubleshooting steps a try? They're specifically for browser troubleshooting. 

 

If you go through those steps and find that you're still running into the same issue, don't hesitate to contact our Appointments team. They may be able to pinpoint what's happening by looking into your account.

I've yet to see a solution to this. Would make my life exponentially better if google and / or square could help us out on this one.
