Switching from Paypal to Square invoicing

Hi everyone.  We do online retail, we invoice our customers manually and then when they pay, we ship their items.  We have always used paypal but are hoping to switch over to square.

So a few questions.  When someone pays a square invoice, what's the process for us to be able to ship to them?  We have a few customers who do this already but I haven't figured out how to integrate this into our shipstation account, or how to go about doing it besides putting everything in manually.  So I'm hoping there's an easier way since we do 100+ invoices at a time!

Second question, can we use a barcode scanner to input lines on an invoice?  I assume it's meant for POS but does it also work for invoices?  Thanks.

We send about 50 invoices a week. Some are for pickup and others are for shipping. We use stamps.com but don't have an integration. We just copy and paste and it goes pretty quickly. As for the scanner I am not sure about that.

Thanks.  I see that shipstation integrates with square, but I think it's only square online, like the ecommerce website kind of sales.  idk!
