@Gurdev84 The first question would be if the Sunmi OS is android based and has access to the play store. If not, then you don't have to go farther. The next question would be if you can even download the square pos app onto the device and let it install if it doesn't recognize it as a compatible android OS.
Step 2 would be how the device recognizes the printer and scanner. From what I have found, the scanner would be the sticky part. If the printer allows standard printing commands it "might" work (see point 1 though).
