Hi, there! I've suddenly run into an issue where 5 distinct sales were all suddenly refunded. They were all refunded at the exact same time, for the exact same reason. The problem is that I didn't issue a refund - this process seems like it was automatic.
Is there any information regarding this elsewhere?
I would suggest calling Square Support, their phone number is in my signature line below. On this open forum we as other business owners cannot see your account information but the Square support people on the phone can.
