Still no way to add a section or info to a category page online?

So a year ago or more I asked about being able to add a section or info to category pages to my square site so I can describe a category maybe with an image too. I don't recall by who but mention was made that it would be an option or something was being worked on to that effect. So what happened? When I'm in  a category I can see there is an option to add a section to the page but its greyed out? What's up with that? Am I doing something wrong?

HI, you can access your Categories by the Online Dashboard.

Online Dashboard, Items, Site Categories, Category Image

example: added Brand images for all my Categories

Sorry not what I am asking for. Please see the attached image. I want to add a section so I can give a category (page) a description and maybe an image above the category items. Just like on a standard page. You can see where I circled in red it looks like there is an option but it's not available.  Or maybe theres a way to add a banner at the top like on a standard page.  Help!!

OMG!!! Finally!!!!!! I've been asking about this forever! You'd think someone who works on this stuff might have said something to me. Thank you to whoever fixed this. I had pretty much given up even looking at that pulldown menu any more.
