Stand skips the screen for contactless and chip reader

While in checkout screen, we hit the blue ‘charge’ button and it no longer activates the chip reader or the contactless square lights. It goes straight to the other options screen for cash, manual entry, etc. This is forcing us to use manual entry!

 

We have updated the app and iPad, reinstalled the app, unplugged and restarted everything, . . . It does recognize the stand as connected and it is charging.

 

This is the most important feature of the (almost new) stand but it won’t function - help please!

Hello @NbgMercantile double check and make sure that credit card is selected in your payment offerings. This should be under Settings > Checkout > Payment types. It may have been inadvertently toggled off.
