Hi, I have just bought the square terminal to connect to my iPad. I have had no issues connecting the terminal to the iPad but when I go to finalise a sale and choose the terminal as the pay method, the details do not automatically come up on the terminal. I have to tap the terminal with my finger to get the sale to appear. Is anyone else having this problem?

As far as I know, the Square Terminal is designed to be your all in one POS (as opposed to the Reader which requires an iPad / phone to be the checkout interface).
But I just did some quick research into this and it definitely seems that they do integrate (learn something new every day!).
Has this previously worked before for you (ie sales auto appear on Terminal once you finalise on iPad)?

I wonder if its maybe the Terminal going into a standby state (probably to preserve battery) and it just needs to wake up and grab the sale.
