Is there a report that will display just subscriptions inside of the dashboard - we haven't been able to figure out how to run one (to compare to our customer current membership list) to make sure all subscriptions are processing and that we've entered everyone into subscriptions from their in- person contracts. We ran a date-based report but it did inadvertently include other invoices we had sent that day for non-subscription services.

Unfortunately, at this time we do not have an option to pull a subscription report like you are looking for. However, one workaround would be to set those subscriptions to a category and pull a category report. If you have any other questions about this, please let me know! 😊
Hi Ellie - that is helpful - what we did was ok because we don't run a ton of invoices per day - but would each subscription need to be modified or can the subscription be it's own category - asking before I try this so this might be self-explanatory when I'm actually looking 🙂
Hi @MudFire_Dex ! There are no subscription specific reports to run. However, on your "Subscriptions" tab in dashboard, there is a new Export button that will allow you to dump out all your subscription data to a CSV. I'm hoping you might be able to use that to compare? Let me know if you experience any issues. Thank you!
