Tower Games uses Shopventory to manage our inventory. This software is supposed to communicate with my Square Register and our Square Site. All items that have been added to our inventory since November (maybe longer) have been updated into our Square Register but our site is still not showing these items available. Help?

I would recommend getting in contact with our Support Team here. They would be able to access your account with you and guide you through some troubleshooting steps to make sure your Square items are syncing to Square Online.
