Square says offline and is red on the calendar, seems to be sending out texts to people though?

My app says offline, but seems to be working otherwise. It is red, saying offline, but I am still able to book appointments etc. Not sure as to why or what is exactly "offline".

Also want to add, it won't let me resend confirmation texts either. Says that I need to recheck the clients info. It says this for all of my clients
