Square reader says device not compatible

Hi there

I need help asap. I’m opening a business next week and freaking out. I have a Levono M10 which is listed as compatible with the Square card reader. Every time I connect, the app says “device not supported”. I’ve checked the tablet is updated,the app is updated,I’ve reset the tablet and reset the reader. I’m completely stuck. Has anyone got any tips?

Thanks for writing in and sorry to hear about the stressful situation with your tablet. Are any other apps installed on your tablet by any chance? Sometimes this error comes up when other apps, for example screen recording apps, apps that change the way the tablet functions e.g screen dimmers, or overlays, are installed.
