Square not accepting credit cards

Offline mode not accepting credit cards
 

Im having significant issues with offline mode. Everything is configured correctly, confirmed with chat agents, but when I try to complete a transaction it wont read the card. I have tried multiple cards multiple times.. I could not even manually enter credit card info, everything was greyed out. 

 If I log out of my team login, log in as the owner it works. Then if I log out, and log back into my Team login, credit cards work again. This is happening every day. Square please help and advise asap! This is affecting business greatly,  None of the troubleshooting tips worked.I verified all settings- even through the square dashboard.  I'm using an iPad and stand Please help!

Based on your message, it sounds like the issue may be tied to team permissions, which could be interfering with how Offline Mode functions under your team login. Here’s what we recommend as the next step:
Review Team Permissions for Offline Mode:

Even if Offline Mode is enabled globally, specific team permissions may prevent a team member from processing payments in that mode. To check this:

  • Go to your Square Dashboard online.

  • Navigate to Staff > Team Permissions.

  • Select the role associated with the affected team login.

  • Under Checkout permissions, ensure the following are enabled:

    • “Process payments”

    • “Manually enter card details”

    • “Use Offline Mode”

If any of these are missing or disabled, that could explain why the team login isn't working properly in Offline Mode.

Already checked. It's not permissions becauseIf I log out of my team login, log in as the owner it works. Then if I log out, and log back into my Team login, credit cards work again. This is happening every day.
