We subscribe to Square for Restaurants and have two iPads set up. One of the iPads is set up for counter service, and one is set up for table service. However both of these iPads use the same menus and POS layouts.
For the past week or so we have noticed that whenever we try to click on the 'Soft Drinks' display group on either iPad, the Square app instantly crashes. We are able to search for the product we need and add it to the sale that way, but obviously this isn't ideal when speed and efficiency are essential during a busy service.
I have tried doing some basic troubleshooting for the issue (updating the app, deleting and reinstalling the app, restarting the iPads) and still seem to be having the issue.
Any help would be appreciated!😊
