I've noticed over the last week or so that my customers haven't been confirming there appointments and its because they haven't been receiving the confirmation SMS. I'm just wondering how I can rectify this.

While we're not able to look into your appointments settings via this forum, there's been some changes to Square Appointments Subscriptions. You might see a prompt to select a tier when signing in to to your Appointments dashboard on a browser. Please let us know how you go!
