Can I set a profile for Square terminal or Square handheld? This would help me to separate sales made in the club bar from those made in the restaurant.

At this time, Square Terminals and Square Handhelds don’t support separate “profiles” within the same account, so you can’t assign one device strictly to the bar and another strictly to the restaurant through profiles. However, there are a couple of effective workarounds.
The first option is to use Device Nicknames in your Square Dashboard. You can give each Terminal or Handheld a custom name (for example, “Club Bar” or “Restaurant”) so that when you pull up your sales reports, transactions are automatically tagged by device.
Another option is to create categories or locations in your Square account. If your bar and restaurant are run as distinct parts of the business, you can set them up as separate locations and assign devices accordingly. Both methods allow you to view and report on sales separately without needing different profiles on the same hardware.
