I have a medical practice and would like to send patients their statements as needed. The statement is actually generated by a different system from Square ie: our EHR. What I would like to do is to send a basic invoice from Square stating that they owe $168 but to append the pdf that is generated from the other system. That pdf would show the breakdown of the charges, date of services, diagnostic tests etc. In other words, I simply want to use Square as the mechanism by which they receive their statement and are provided with a link to pay it. Our statements are too complicated for us to hand input them into Square. Thanks in advance.

There is an option with Square Invoicing which will allow you at attach a .pdf file. I believe that you can do that on the free version of invoicing. When creating an item/service just make sure that it is variable item that way you can change the amount due as needed.
