We have our register set for employees to have to enter a pin for every transaction. However when you are at the main screen for the pin, all you have to do is tap on the X in the top left corner and you are able to access everything in the administrative account, as well as ring things up without a pin. Has anyone had this issue and been able to solve it to prevent employees from accessing all of your owner information? We have reached out to support multiple times and not received any response.

You will get a few options to contact, click Call Us, a new browser window will open with phone number and customer code.
Be sure to be logged in to your account on a laptop or desktop. Phone app seems to state not available at different times but works online.
