Can you provide a little more detail? When you say it goes offline, do you mean it loses connection to the internet? Or is it switching to offline mode? What exactly do you mean by everything going out of sync? If possible, please also share a video of the Register behaving in the way you have described above.
Additionally, I'd suggest running through some Register Troubleshooting steps. These are known to resolve common issues with the register.
