Square Online Interface Changes to Spanish

Hello,

I am working on a website using Square Online, and have come across a few problems:

1) The Square Online interface changed to Spanish, out of the blue. I've tried to use different browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Edge) as well as using other computers and using Incognito mode to ensure that this is not some cache or browser-specific issue. Nothing has worked so far.

2) A lot of times, Square doesn't save my work on the website. Sometimes products/progress gets deleted, and then sometimes it comes back a few hours later. My work was deleted/not saved countless times, even when I publish the website immediately after committing my changes. 

How do I go about fixing this?

HI, re: #2 items appear hours later, there is a known sync issue with Square.  If you are adding/updating inventory during the busiest time of the day, the sync lag will be longer.  If you add inventory within the Online Dashboard instead of the Square Dashboard, inventory seems to sync faster.  Try early A.M. or late P.M.
