Square Not Sending Transfer Emails

The past couple of days, Square has not been sending an email that states the transfer amount to my bank account. I checked the settings on the dashboard and they are toggled on top receive them. I've checked my spam emails and they are not there. Specifically the emails usually say: 

 

Square has sent you: $000.00

Date:

Amount:

From:

To:

 

Why am I all of a sudden not receiving these emails? I rely on them to make sure the amount is correct.

I’ve been experiencing the same issue. Until July 2, I received transfer notification emails regularly. Since then, I’ve received only one transfer notification, even though transfers have continued to reach my bank account each business day.

I contacted Square Support via chat on July 8. They confirmed that my notification settings appeared correct and suggested the issue might be with my email service provider. However, I’m still receiving all other Square notification emails—such as Daily Sales Summary and Per Payment notifications—as expected.

Exactly the same for me! It's definitely an issue on their end. I know through the POS app you can view it, but it's much easier for my brain to see the email come through and to check my bank account to make sure everything matches. I hope this gets fixed.
